When it comes to innovation, Chevy is always first—and the future Chevy EV is no exception. Chevy is introducing the all-electric 2017 Chevy Bolt EV, a new path towards amazing efficiency.
Engineers are currently working with General Motors employees in an assembly plant in Michigan to test all of the plant’s tools and processes. Once all the tests are “passed,” production on the Bolt EV can begin at the end of this year.
So, what will you have to look forward to with the Bolt EV? Plenty! This vehicle will get more than 200 miles of sole battery range. Who said you couldn’t take an all-electric car on a road trip? Plus, you’ll get affordability, too, thanks to a reasonable starting MSRP and federal tax credit.
Bolt EV Chief Engineer, Josh Tavel, built anticipation for the release, “We’ve moved from working in math and building cars by hand to building Bolt EV’s on the line. We’re now testing the tools in the plant so that we can deliver the high quality 200-plus mile EV that our customers are eagerly anticipating.”
So, get excited and get ready for the future Chevy Bolt EV because we can’t wait for to come to Bush Auto Place in Wilmington, OH!
